Fees
The fees, listed below, cover all group teaching, concerts (including 18^th June 2014) and activities at the Summer School. Not included are accommodation and meals. Participants must organise their own accommodation – a list of hotels etc. will be available from January 2014. If sufficient interest is expressed (by checking the appropriate box in the registration form), the organisers will attempt to make a collective booking for rooms at hotels in Radolfzell. Meals can be obtained easily and cheaply at various cafes, bistros and restaurants in Radolfzell. It is likely that a hot canteen meal will be available for lunch each day at a very affordable price; please check the box in the registration form if you wish to make use of this option.

Participants who register early (before 1^st April 2014) will obtain a discount.

ESS members also obtain a discount.

Payment:
A downpayment of €100 is required to secure your participation. For early registration, this must be received by 1^st April 2014. For normal registration, it is required by 1^st June 2014. In case of cancellation before 8^th June 2014, this will be refunded, less a processing fee of €50. In case of cancellation on 8^th June or after, the downpayment will not be refunded. The balance of the participation fee is to be paid in cash at the start of the Summer School.

Upon receipt of your registration form, you will be sent payment details for the downpayment.
